Etrulia Troy Lee is the visionary behind Women Enlightened & Economically Empowered, LLC. She has a passion for helping women create an amazing, healthy, and fulfilled life. A life-long educator, entrepreneur, and experienced network marketer, she envisioned a business that would both educate and financially empower women simultaneously. Knowing the benefits that life coaching could accrue to an individual, she married that with a network marketing model so that women would have an easy and affordable way to not only improve their lives, but grow their assets. This is the foundation of WEEE.
Prior to establishing WEEE, Troy created the Accelerate to Awesome Program, a systematic way for a woman to transform her life from top to bottom. This system helps women to get clarity on who they are, what they really want out of life, evaluate and eliminate everything that has been holding them back, and then create a powerful action plan for success.
Troy has always enjoyed working and creating opportunities for herself. When at age 14 she realized that all of her older 6 siblings had jobs, she negotiated her first job in a corner grocery store a mile away from her home. She has owned several business including the Black Business & Professional Business Directory and Chamike Publishers, where she wrote and produced a series of reading books that contained an audio teaching component.
